SUMMARY: Built in 1969, the former Kuhlman Electrical Facility had been shuttered for years. EOP restored the factory into a modern manufacturing facility and administrative space. EOP added a signature “light box” entry, new windows and increased original window size. Glass walls allow for light penetration while a carved-out, wide highway angling through the length of the building allows the building to breathe.
