WHAT PIQUES YOUR INTEREST IN THIS PROJECT?

We had a huge respect for Jeff Anderson, the developer. His company has done great things, and they wanted something really special for this, something that would be a differentiator.

ANY CHALLENGES?
This thing came together easily. The developer was open to our suggestions, our interpretations of their vision. Because of our mutual respect, this was the poster child of the perfect project.

WHAT SETS THIS FACILITY APART FROM OTHER MIXED-USE COMPLEXES?
It stands out aesthetically. And that has played a huge role in its success. People want to do business there.

HOW WILL THE DESIGN AFFECT THOSE WHO WORK HERE?
Workplace environments define business culture, how those people are motivated. We’re all about natural light, variations in ceiling heights – all these factors that create interesting spaces. That people have a sense of pride in. We want to respect that pride. And to extend that – fuel comfort, security, inspiration, and creativity. We created space that was conducive to that. All we can do is provide the bones for the space. Hopefully the people who occupy it take advantage of this skeleton we’ve created. We want to empower the tenant to create great work environments, and we’ve provided those opportunities in this building.
