Wilburn, Inc. and the CRM Companies to design-build-finance, respectively, the 5-story, 371,000 SF office building for 1,400 state employees. Each floor houses a specific cabinet and features countless amenities.

“The total team effort that went into the success of the 300 Building Project was both inspiring and gratifying. Not only did this project redefine the work environment for state agencies, but it set the standard and established the value of the P3 (Public-Private Partnership) delivery method for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.”
