SUMMARY: Dentons Bingham Greenbaum is the largest law firm in the world, with 33 offices and 1,100 lawyers in the US. The Lexington office offers comprehensive legal services to privately held companies, handling transactions, litigation, estate planning, tax strategy, and economic development matters. The local office has a strong history in real estate development and community engagement. Their downtown office located in the Central Bank Building was in need of a serious renovation to better speak the firm’s superiority of knowledge and trustworthiness to their clients. The space is designed with a richness and maturity that taps into the traditionalism of the architecture coupled with the honorable distinction of their dedication to the Law. The finishes expand on a sense of airiness and positivity that easily carries the renovated space into the modern age. Key drivers of the design were the ideas of Refined Architectural Tradition, Honorable Boldness of Expression, and Flexibility in Function. This resulted in eased movement around the space for delicate client circumstances, additional natural light allowed into interior spaces, improved circulation paths, clever use of partitions, and spacious, multi-functional shared spaces that can host the entire staff in one space for large meetings and gatherings.
