SUMMARY: As one of only two HBCUs in the Commonwealth, Kentucky State University is securing its legacy by expanding student life facilities. CRM Companies with EOP Architects has been selected to develop the student housing project. The new residence hall includes three room options from a one-bedroom single occupancy room for resident advisers to 2- and 4-bedroom suites. The project provides dining for 300+, an expansive lobby, study lounges, offices/workrooms, recreational space and a multipurpose classroom for a living-learning environment.
