SUMMARY: Built in the 1940's, this previous tobacco warehouse was converted into condominiums in 2008. Daylighting was a challenge in this unit as it had no exterior windows. The solution was creating an interior courtyard by removing the central portion of roof. This move floods the space with natural light creating a unique urban dwelling.
