SUMMARY: The Kentucky Exposition Center's four vehicular gates are more than 50 years old and in need of modernization. EOP's design for Gate One sets the template for the future gate renovations. The project expands the entrance from eight to ten lanes, increasing vehicle capacity by a minimum of 25 percent. Not only larger, the new entrance is modernized through enhanced wayfinding signage that guides visitors to their events and new technology that allows guests to use multiple payment options for entry.
