SUMMARY: EOP designed the Country Music Highway Museum located in the eastern Kentucky community of Paintsville. The museum pays tribute to a large number of Bluegrass and Country music artists that have emerged from various communities along Highway 23, dubbed Country Music Highway, including Loretta Lynn, Crystal Gayle, Billy Ray Cyrus, Ricky Skaggs, Naomi Judd, Wynona Judd, Hylo Brown, Dwight Yoakam, Patty Loveless, Gary Stewart, Tom T. Hall and Keith Whitley.
