CRM Companies with EOP Architects has been selected to develop the student housing project. The new residence hall includes three room options from a one-bedroom single occupancy room for resident advisers to 2- and 4-bedroom suites. The project provides dining for 300+, an expansive lobby, study lounges, offices/workrooms, recreational space and a multipurpose classroom for a living-learning environment.
