Ouita Michel’s Honeywood Featured in Keeneland Magazine

LEXINGTON, Ky., March 31, 2016 — When EOP designed Emmett’s Restaurant, Ouita Michel’s first restaurant as head chef, we knew she had a promising future. Keeneland Magazine’s Spring edition features Chef Michel and her most ambitious restaurant yet, Honeywood. EOP Principal Brent Bruner is leading the design of the new 150-seat, 4,500-square-foot restaurant at The Summit at Fritz Farm.
