FRANKFORT, Ky., Mar. 11, 2019 — As one of only two HBCUs (historically black colleges and universities) in the commonwealth, Kentucky State University is securing its legacy by expanding student life facilities.
The board of regents voted unanimously today to enter into contract negotiations with a developer for a new residence hall. Designed by EOP Architects, the CRM Companies-led development is a public-private partnership.
