LEXINGTON, KENTUCKY. December 9, 2022 — EOP Architects, an award-winning architecture and interior design firm with offices in Lexington and Louisville, today announces the promotion of Jason Dunn, AIA, LEED AP (Lexington), Andrew Moore, AIA, LEED AP BDC+C (Lexington) and Matthew Schultz, AIA (Louisville) to Principal.

EOP is now honored to recognize the contributions of three of these individuals for their outstanding commitment to design excellence and leadership in furthering the firm’s vision,” stated the firm’s co-founder Rick Ekhoff, AIA, LEED AP.
Jason Dunn, AIA, LEED AP joined EOP in 2007 and has played an integral role on many of EOP’s most complex projects over his 15 years with the firm including the recently completed Central Bank Center/Rupp Arena Renovation. One of the many relevant qualities of Jason’s years of experience is his ability to provide the overall project leadership and coordination of consulting disciplines and his knowledge of construction. He has managed a variety of K-12, higher education, and transformative renovation projects throughout his career, and as Project Manager, his experience plays a significant role in all aspects of his projects.
Andrew Moore, AIA, LEED AP BD+C joined EOP in 2005 and is EOP’s most senior Project Manager. Andrew was EOP’s Project Manager on the $208 million Kentucky International Convention Center and the UK Lee T. Todd Jr. College of Pharmacy, as well as Co-Project Manager on the Central Bank Center/Rupp Arena with Jason Dunn. Andrew brings years of higher education and civic project experience as well as the proven ability to manage large, complex projects. He has extensive experience managing renovation projects and leading teams where multiple consultants are included.
Matthew Schultz, AIA joined EOP in 2015 after working at leading firms in Louisiana and Mississippi. Matthew is an experienced architect whose work has focused on academic, institutional, office, civic, cultural, and retail projects. Matthew is a valuable Project Manager whose attention to detail and mannered approach have provided a great foundation to help navigate complex projects though each phase. Matthew radiates a “let’s do this” attitude to all those around him, including firm teammates and all of our clients. You can’t help but to want him on your team.
